Bold South Renovations was founded in Greenville, SC by two lifelong friends who have known each other since grade school.
Bolding Corporation was established in 2019 by Shane Bolding and has grown into a successful commercial contractor serving the Upstate of South Carolina. Bold South operates as the residential division under Bolding Corporation and is led by David McCarter.
We built this company with three basic goals in mind. First, we want to provide aesthetically pleasing homes in a simplified manner that improves the quality of life for the homeowner. Second, we want to bring the higher standards of commercial construction to the home renovations side. Our third and most important goal is simple - to make a happy Homeowner!
